Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Detroit, MI)

Silverline Union Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Detroit, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
