Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Des Moines, IA)

Foxglove Stone Freight is a Des Moines logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 613 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving claims. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
