Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Des Moines, IA)

Silverline Birch Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Des Moines, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
