Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Denver, CO)

Cedar Keystone Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
