Rivermark Junction Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for machine downtime, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Denver. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
