Lumen Fern Care Services Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
