Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Ridge Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Dallas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving release testing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
