Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Cedar Juniper Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Dallas presenting exhibitions and performances, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
