Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Basin Legal Group is a law firm in Dallas serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with intake forms. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
