Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Westbrook Ridge Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Dallas area. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
