Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Bright Sparrow Telecom Group is a telecommunications provider in Dallas focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
