Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Silverline Maple Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Dallas producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving regulatory filings. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
