Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Stonegate Union Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Dallas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
