Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Summit Forge Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Dallas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
