Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Dallas, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 723 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
