Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Fernwood Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Columbus, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
