Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Bright Orchard Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Columbus design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 461 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
