Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Wren Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Columbus, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
