Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Willow Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer estimates. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer estimates.
