Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quarry Freight and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
