Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Westbrook Fern Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Columbus. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
