Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Construction is a Columbus contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
