Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Columbus, OH)

Highbridge Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Columbus, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
