Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Maple Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
