Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Harbor Health Group is a healthcare provider in Colorado Springs with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving patient education. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
