Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Rivermark Meridian Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for dock schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with dock schedules. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
