Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Summit Maple Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be schedule tracking. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
