Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Wren Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving family communication. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • PMP or CAPM certification.
