Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Greenridge Linden Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Colorado Springs design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
