Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Ridge Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
