Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Fern Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 436 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
