Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Partners coordinates shipments and warehousing around Colorado Springs, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving dock schedules. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with dock schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
