Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
