Harborlight West Inspection Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
