Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Granite Medical designs and makes medical devices in Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
