Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Iron Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Cincinnati. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
