Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Hollow Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
