Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Willow Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Cincinnati, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
