Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Foxglove Rowan Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Cincinnati. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving certifications. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
