Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Cincinnati, OH)

Cedar Iron Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving parts orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
