Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Chicago, IL)

Silverline Rook Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving clinical evaluations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
