Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Chicago, IL)

Bluepeak Wren Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Chicago, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
