Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Forge Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Charlotte with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving licensing. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
