Nova Ridge Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
