Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Bridge Energy is an energy provider in Charleston focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
