Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charleston, SC)

Redstone Bridge Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for meter readings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter readings. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with meter readings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
