Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Charleston, SC)

Harborlight Forge Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Charleston region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
