Highbridge River Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on schedule tracking for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 379 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
