Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Mill Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Buffalo presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on schedule tracking. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving event logistics. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
