Project Coordinator - schedule tracking (Buffalo, NY)

Cedar Juniper Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Buffalo design routes and schedules, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our schedule tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
